A DREAM, THE KEY TO SOMETHING DEEPER

Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Few weeks back i was invited to paint a mural painting for STRAAT museum in Amsterdam.

“A dream, the key to something deeper” is a painting inspired by a nightmare, that I used to had repeatedly during some years on my childhood, and pushed me to paint and create.

On this Nightmare I used to be in a huge desert  where a lady with a sun umbrella and dressed like 1920 aesthetic, used to look at me, but I never was be able to see her face, intrigued I used to walk to her but in this desert also there was a hole in the ground at he shadow of a big hand coming out from the floor that keeped all my attention. Fascinated I used to walk to explore the hand but I used to fell in the hole and die.

Years later I realized that this desert and the hand are real,  it is the hand of the Atacama desert in Chile, place which is a magical stars observatory.

Maybe my dream was glimpse to something deeper, a research on my inner universe to find a key to another way.
