TEXT
This mural depicts the flowering of the consciousness of the human being, thanks to a perception more spiritual of the inner self.
Locke defined consciousness as "the perception of what passes in a man's own mind". Introspection is often thought to deliver one's primary knowledge of one's mental life. But this introspection is always conditioned by external factors of the individual, it is when the individual has a wider knowledge of their environment, transcending the physical, can reach a higher state of consciousness, in the inner self.
