  • Yes, we ship worldwide.

  • Shipping costs depends on the order and destination. The shipping method is automatically chosen based on the destination. Estimated transit times can be found HERE.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Absolutely. Whether you need artwork for your office, showroom, or any other space. Simply follow the standard ordering process, and we will ship directly to your company address. If you wish to receive an invoice for your company order, please provide your VAT number, and we will provide an invoice for your records. Please note that we are unable to deduct VAT from your online order. We recommend contacting your local tax authorities to receive a VAT refund.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to change your order once it has been placed. However, please contact us at sales@skountart.com immediately after placing the order. If we are able to cancel your order, we will let you know. You can then place a new order.
